Adopt the advanced circulation loop design and big power precise centrifugal pump, the stirring speed can reach 4000turn /min, with the advantage of efficiency clean ability and unwater ability. The inserted inside ultrasonic can reach 100W. Contain 1000ML sampler, customer can change the volume of the sampler according to their need.

6.      Light path system:

Red lightis imported He-Ne laser with 0.6328μm wavelength;and solid blue laser with 0.466μm wavelength,it improve the resolution ratio of the nanometer particle and big particle. The powder is stable, and fluctuation of powder is less than 0.5%

Long-focus Fourier lens

TopSizer adopts the long-focus Fourier lens, it helps to add the distance between the test window and photoelectric detector(the effective distance), and insure the  photoelectric detector can accept the signal of the smallest scattering angle accurately, and strengthens the capability of measuring the big particle, the upper limit can reaches 2000μm.

Reasonable and high-sensitivity of the exported photoelectric detector

TopSizer adopts the special customized exported photoelectric detector, which insures the high resolution ratio and sensitivity of the instrument. The detective path reach 98 pieces, and its forward direction, side direction, big angle and backward direction photoelectric detector make up the three-dimensional system, the big detective angle is 140°the small detective angle is 0.016°,combine the solid blue scatter signal, insure the detector will accept the signal from the whole space without omit, and the information of the particle scattering can be captured.

Intelligent automatic centering

The intelligent software control system insures the accurate optical centering. Automatic centering will be finished within several seconds, this operation can be completed as a part of the automatic measurement, or you can kick the monitor to finish. This automatic insures the repeatability of the instrument.

Excellent dispersing system

Wet dispersion: standard configuration SCF-108, adopt the advanced circulation loop design and big power precise centrifugal pump, the stirring speed can reach 4000turn /min, with the advantage of efficiency clean ability and unwater ability. The inserted inside ultrasonic can reach 100W. Contain 1000ML sampler, customer can change the volume of the sampler according to their need. SCF-105B fully automatic circulating sample feeding system can be selected, all test operation can be automatically controlled except for adding samples. The sampling tank is made of 316L stainless steel, equipped with a precision mixing device with a high efficiency of 50W bottom ultrasonic and a speed of 4000 rpm, all of which can be continuously adjusted.

Dry dispersion: standard configuration DPF-110 automatic dry sample feeding system with stepless adjustable, dispersion pressure of 0.05-0.6 MPa and triple adjustable cutting mechanism is designed to meet the requirements of various sample testing for dispersion strength. Built-in pressure sensor and negative pressure sensor, test window is fully closed, with negative pressure protection device, can effectively prevent window and host pollution.

1. SCF-126 can be configured with LS-909. Modular design, operation is convenient.

3. Circulating pump body uses high-quality SU316 stainless steel.

4. Imported continuous current dynamo with original packing, can realize 600~4000 rpm stepless speed control, has high-efficient cleaning and draining ability.

Technical features of SCF-126 circulating sampling system

1. SCF-126 can be configured with LS-909. Most of the overall structure uses stainless steel.

2. Small volume for circulation loop and sample cell, it will consume fewer dispersants.

3. Can be used for the measurement of valuable powder samples.

4. Sampling system uses centrifugal pump structure, selects imported motor, speed: 450~3500 rpm (stepless speed control).

5. Use precision potentiometer knob to adjust the motor speed to realize stepless speed regulating.

6. Speed control circuit owns speed detection module, it can control the rotate speed of water pump accurately.

7. Use external DC 24V power module for power supply, it can improve the safety factor of system.

8. The pipeline of sample feeder can resist the corrosion from weak acid and weak base properly.
